Mounted Operations & Tactical Training
Our Mounted Operations & Tactical Training program is designed to prepare mounted officers and their equine partners for the challenges of modern public safety operations. Through realistic, hands-on instruction, participants develop the skills, confidence, and teamwork needed to perform safely and effectively in a variety of operational environments. Whether your agency is building a new mounted unit or strengthening an experienced team, our instructors provide practical training based on real-world law enforcement experience. Courses emphasize progressive learning, sound horsemanship, officer safety, and tactical decision-making while fostering a strong partnership between horse and rider.

This training is for ALL types of mounted units! Mounted patrol, posse members, mounted security, mounted SAR, and more!
When
May 20-23, 2027
*You can arrive early or depart later than that with arrangements.*
What-is included
Registration fees cover your tuition, one horse stall, a t-shirt, certificate of completion, and a couple provided meals.
*You may add on additional stalls, RV hookup, and extended stay for additional charge.*

Escambia County Equestrian Center
This venue has everything we need and LOTS more! With a huge covered arena, multiple outdoor arenas, covered barn, RV hookups, and trails that can be used. If you love to be close to a fun beach town with a lot to see and do then stay an extra day to check it all out!
