Audria Anderson is the founder of J&A Tactical and brings extensive experience in military service, mounted operations, equine science, and horse wellness. She has served in mounted law enforcement and security roles, instructed mounted personnel, and is passionate about helping both horses and riders reach their full potential through practical, science-based training.

John Schaffer
John Schaffer is a highly respected law enforcement professional with more than 15 years of experience and has served as a lead instructor with J&A Tactical. As a key member of our instructional team, he brings extensive expertise in mounted patrol operations, crowd management, tactical training, and search and rescue, providing participants with realistic, hands-on instruction rooted in real-world experience.
A Certified Mounted Instructor since 2020, John has served as the Lead Instructor for the Mobile Police Department's annual Mardi Gras Mounted School and has extensive experience training officers for large-scale public events and tactical operations. His passion for teaching and developing both horses and riders makes him an invaluable part of every clinic.
